Learn about ChiBall

ChiBall is an exercise program that harmonises the body, balances the mind and calms the spirit. Join Caren Hudson, a Certificate 3 & 4 accredited personal trainer with many years experience, to learn about this gentle form of exercise which is based on the disciplines of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation and Meditation. All exercises are performed with a small soft ball that is scented and coloured according to the principles of aromatherapy and colour therapy. The ChiBall program helps to improve strength, flexibility and general wellbeing. The session will include a short information session about ChiBall and an exercise class. Yoga mats and balls will be provided. Please wear loose and comfortable clothing.
