The ‘Feel Good’ Exercise Program for Women with Breast Cancer is a fortnightly exercise program run by BreaCan. Conducted by a qualified instructor, Judy Sammut, these sessions offer gentle exercises to tone the whole body and help the lymphatic system. Following breast cancer surgery, gentle exercise helps to maintain upper body mobility, flexibility and a smile.
